Lee & Sarah eloped with 50 of their closest family and friends to say their vows to one another on the beautiful island of Brač in Croatia. The wedding ceremony took place at the monastery of Böl followed by a boat trip to the other end of town to enjoy a private wedding reception on the mountain top where the bride and groom serenaded beneath the olive trees and golden glow of the Croatian sun.

Lee & Sarah did things a little differently… you may remember the lucky loved up pair eloped to Croatia with their friends & family? For their UK ceremony they chose to have a relaxed morning saying their ‘I do’s’ in the presence of their immediate family in the beautiful St Albans registry office. This followed by an afternoon of bridal prep at the Ardrey family home as Sarah got ready in her old bedroom for an evening wedding reception held at The White Horse pub in Old Welwyn. Yes, she got back into that gorgeous Grace Loves Lace ‘Edie’ dress!!! They hired a section of the pub for guests to enjoy acoustic music by the lovely Cara and put on a classic British BBQ followed by smores & yummy wedding cake made by the mother of the bride. The evening was topped off by a surprise ‘CrOasis’ double act made up of the best man Jake & groomsman Rob singing a personalised Oasis medley for the bride and groom. I have so much admiration for this couple who stayed true to what suited their love & the way in which they wanted to celebrate it… a job well done Ardrey-Browns! x
